Description :: - Report to Managing Director.
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans and ensuring Company’s objectives are met.
- Knowledge in sales related legal documentation and property management.
- Able to lead and organize the sales & marketing team.
- Able to liaise with purchasers, bankers and lawyers.
- Manage overall sales and marketing activities which include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising and promotional events.
Requirements :: - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in sales & marketing of which 3 years in a managerial / senior position in a property development company
- Strong planning and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin with excellent selling and marketing techniques and good negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiar with statutory requirements relating to property development
- Computer literate and preferably well versed with IFCA
