Description :
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in a field-based sales position preferred
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in sales at a managerial position
- Knowledge in SAP is a pre-requisite
