Description :: -Prepare documents for indoor sales such as Delivery order, invoice
-Attend to customer’s inquiries through phone and emails (Sales Order & Purchase Order processing)
-Provide quotations and achieved team sales target Shipment planning & arrangement (Liaise with planner or supply chain for shipment and delivery)
-Co-ordinate with planner, purchasing, logistics & warehouse personnel on shipments
-Correspondence and emails in English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia
-Handle customer with care and must meet customer requirements.
-To record details of inquiries, comments and complaints from the customers
-Good product knowledge of the company in order to serves customers.
-Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce or its equivalent.
-At least 2 years working experience in marketing / customer service.
-Strong writing and presentation skills
-A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Proficient in verbal and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
-Able to work under tight schedule
-Knowledge in 3D diagram and ERP system will be added advantages
