- Covers all Properties in their respective districts and states; the whole process of selling from prospecting for customers / buyers to after-sale service, follow-up and referral.
- Maintain a quality customer database and contact system and continuously prospect a customer and non-customer pool. Maintain regular contact with existing customers and non-customers for cross-selling, add-on selling, up-selling and referral.
- Maintain and drive daily sales activities such as calling customers, site visitation, sales presentation, sending quotations, sale and purchase agreements and other related documents, close sale and after-sale service.
- Help customers follow up with compliance, legal, finance and regulatory processes such as S & P agreements, valuation, loan approval etc.
- Work with project executives and Construction colleagues to fulfill customer requirements. 
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Good communication skills in English & Malay.
- Computer literate.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
