1. To assist in carry out marketing and sales activities.
2. To implement all relevant policies, activities and procedures as required by the Quality Management System.
3. To assist in preparation of adverting and promotion program and budget.
4. To source for suppliers and quotations.
5. To ensure advertising and promotion materials are in order.
6. To attend feedbacks/comments from purchasers during sales.
7. To prepare sales kit for the preparation of sales launch.
8. Organizes, design and collates consumer research and market measurement initiatives and results. Ensure that products, consumer and information are available.
9. Provides management with data in a timely and effective manner. Develops new research techniques and ensure that they provide the range of date required to formulate marketing policies.
10. Assist in developing and sustaining an effective market research program in support of the total effort of the company, within an approved budget.
11. Compiles market information that would be used to predict potential sales, study purchasing power and customer’s preferences, determines method and cost of distribution and advertising, and assess competitive practice.
12. Monitor sales generated, analyze data and produces report on sales performance.
13. Contributes to discussions of research data but does not produce report immediately.
14. To ensure that annual sales target are met.
15. To apply, monitor and secure the approval for the application of DL/AP and to ensure that the approvals are not lapsed. To also ensure the compliance of the half yearly reports to be submitted to the MOH.
16. To attend internal audit training and to conduct internal audit as and when required by the company.
17. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior. 
Requirements :
-At least a Diploma holder in any field of studies.
-Minimum 2 year of working experience in property development or building industry.
-Good knowledge in property market and understand the sale process.
-Good Customer oriented selling skill and follow up closely with the sales progress.
-Good communication, interpersonal and stress management skills.
-Hardworking and proactive.
-Pleasant personality.
