- Development and implementation of country sales and marketing strategy in line with global M&S strategy
- Coordination, development and execution of global key account strategy on country level
- Planning & coordination of promotion activiites; distribution & marketing channel strategy
- M&S country organization development. (incl. human development and CSD resources)
- Implement and monitor customer segmentation & service level adjustment (incl. technical marketing)
- Country commercial excellence programs
- Control sales operational cost and cost allocation
- Contact window for BU Additives with other BUs and Business Services
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Good proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- May need to travel jb and Singapore.
