- Ensure blocked orders from Credit Control are properly cleared or communicated
- Review aging report & follow up collection
- Review coverage plan with Channel Representative to manage route productivity
- Manage and monitor new customer accounts opening

- Supervision and development of organization teams
- Conduct weekly meeting with sales teams
