Description :: -Execute campaigns across Retail, RSVC and E-Commerce that increases sales, customer engagement and recruitment.
-Responsible for the day to day management of the Privileges program. Marketing promotions ( Responsibilities include promotion development , marketing collateral production, execution and post mortem).
-Generate an effective customer list according to campaign objectives .
-Campaign creation and testing - Digital and Priv. Campaign Monitoring. CRM calendar. Data Analysis and market insights to continuously optimise marketing campaigns. Privileges Loyalty Programs.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): experience working with crm system or program, proven experience in planning and implementing a promotional campaign, strong attention to detail, collaborative working style, moderate to advanced skills,
-Basic understanding of MailChimp or a similar EDM management system.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
