Description :: - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Acting as a contact between our company and customers
- Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including catalogs, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs and arranging effective distribution of them
- Reviewing your own/team sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Feeding future buying trends back to Manager
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Requirements :: - Preferably University graduate, Diploma Graduates with certification in Business Studies / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years working experience in similar capacity. Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally
- Excellent command of both verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin
- Meticulous, resourceful and ability to work under pressure with good organizational skills.
- Candidate must be a good team player, outgoing, be responsible and results-oriented and have a pleasant character
- Bright, confident, highly motivated, disciplined and quick learner
- Result and target-oriented and possess a positive attitude
