Description :: - Assist the Technical Department and Senior Design Engineer to carry out the following day-to-day activities:
- Attend to in-coming calls and faxes.
- Handle all out-going faxes.
- Prepare Quotations and update Quotation Record Book
- Maintain a good filing system for Quotations issued to customers, Sales Orders (SO) and general correspondence to ensure easy retrieval of such records at all times.
- Follow all work instructions to ensure compliance with the quality policy and objectives set by the Company.
- lssue delivery orders for delivery of finished goods to clients as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with specification and quantity.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Superior.
Requirements :: - Possess SPM, good spoken and written English.
- 2-3 years working experience, preferably with building materials background.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, conversant with local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated person and work with dedication and independence.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
