- - Plan and monitor day to day operations, production output, production quality, production planning and inventory control for finished goods to ensure on time delivery
- Inspects products in all stages of production to detect cracks, pipe distortion, or assemblies which do not meet prescribed standards
- Maintain high standard of workplace safety and health, good housekeeping and good manufacturing practices at production floor
- Ensure the accuracy of in stock and out stock in the production, preparing month end stock report
- Proactively problem solve, troubleshoot and perform continual improvement of production system and equipment to achieve higher productivity with minimum overtime
- Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process.
- Identify, train and develop the training schedules of production workers to motivate subordinates to achieve high performance standard
- Train workers in production tasks evaluates performance
- Monitor workers daily attendance, leave application & yearly appraisal, control overtime to minimize productivity of work
- Moves equipment, supplies or products using forklift truck
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
