Description :: - Responsible for the entire procurement process
- Manage purchasing cycle (issuance of PO, requesting for quotation, goods receipt, billing and shipment) to ensure on time delivery to customers
- Negotiate with key suppliers
- Monitor and arranging shipment
- Reviewing on supplier selection, qualification and development
- Ensure proper inventory management that meet inventory targets
- Plan, organize, direct and control all function related to material flow from customer order to logistic.
- Ensure there are an efficient and reliable planning systems and must able to develop policies and procedures relative to
planning activities to planned level.
- Implement and maintain MRP systems to ensure efficient and effective planning of material and inventory management changes, production capacity and material and component lead times.
- Responsible to check and verify the material requisition from production against work order demand before release to store for issuing.
- Manage and analyses forecast assembly capacity to support company future plan.
- Compile and analyses monthly report
Requirements :: - Well experience in purchasing, Material planning.
- Self-independent & able to work in pressure, occasionally in extra hour.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
