- Responsible for business development with existing and potential clients, aggressively expand customer base, maintaining business by providing quotes and follow up.
- To service existing key customers (Intercompany/External and Agents).
- To explore new business opportunities and maximize market coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Collecting customer information and analyzing customers need.
- Conduct meeting (Weekly Sales and Production Meeting include Warehouse/QA)
- Supporting sales team on the sales related matters such as following up and processing of sales order.
- Create sales activities report include:
- Forecast sales of following month (Required 3 months forecast)
- Prepare sales activities report (Monthly/Yearly Sales Report)
- Marketing related (Artwork/POSM/Web/Facebook), maintain PM Code (labels, carton, stickers and POSM)
- Responsible for Food Safety System implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, HALAL, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
