Description :: ponsibilities:
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of Marketing
department’s activities
Supporting marketing executive and manager in organizing various projects
- Constantly update on price list and product information obtained from Finance and R&D Department
- Assist to implement marketing plans to achieve company’s objectives
- Assist in the origanizing of promotional/Below the Line activities and attend them to facilitate the success of each campaign
- Coordinate sponsorships from external parties
- Support brand team on managing sampling activities – In Store promoter sampling and Vico van sampling team
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns with agencies and propose new creative ideas
- Liaise with external distribution agency, creative agency and promoter agencies on correspondences and supports
- Assist on taking care of customer complaints and to liaise closely with QA until customer satisfaction is achieved
- Support all marketing related work tasks including warehouse sales, product write off
- Any ad hoc tasks given by the superior
Requirements :: - Min Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Power Point and Excel
- Possess good working attitude, good interpersonal and communication skill and analytical competency
