Description :: -To attend walk in and call in potential customers inquiries
Promote product and provide sales consultation
-Assist Superior in strategies, plan and execute marketing activities and sales strategy
-Organize and oversea advertising, communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
-Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness
-To ensure successful implementation of marketing and sales strategies
-Collaborate with superior in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing or Property Management or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in properties sales & marketing field.
-Independent, strong organization skills, ability in priorities & multi-tasking
-Excellent communication skill and dynamic personality
-Willing to travel, work on weekends and Public Holidays
-Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage
