Description :: · To manage and prepare all marketing tools, premium items and etc.
· To negotiate with suppliers when taking order.
· To manage the three main inquiry mail of company and distribute to the person in-charge.
· To update and complete the data analysis of monthly local & export sales report.
· To update premium items record, uniform record, data analysis of area record (weekly / monthly).
· To update e-marketing such as ALIBABA website & manage FB page.
· Participate in booth preparation during exhibition / events period.
·Arrange accommodation, transportation & time schedule for sale & marketing personnelduring the exhibition / events period.
· Arrange monthly video conference meeting, follow-up weekly sales team meeting and update all enquiries with sales personnel.
· Work closely with production department to monitor safety stock level in order to avoid finished goods out of stock.
Requirements :: - Preferable a diploma in marketing, business or any related disciplines.
- Posses proficiency in English, mandarin and malay
- Computer literate (Microsoft application)
- Outgoing and independent
