- - Develop and formulate effective selling strategies and marketing plans
- Develop and manage the marketing activities for the company
- Involved in developing strong branding & positioning strategies
- Propose marketing plan geared toward end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets within budget
- Manage and implement effective A&P activities in accordance with Company’s brand objectives
- Assist the Director in forecasting work plan and budgeting
- Involved in event management such as exhibitions, seminars, launches and PR activities
- Able to conduct analysis and identifying sales growth and potential businesses
- Responsible for the timely execution of marketing campaigns within stipulated budgets
- Creation and implementation of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans
- Supervise and maintain a library of artwork and working file for all marketing creative as well as oversee for all online marketing activities
- Daily marketing operations, reports and data analysis - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Social Marketing, MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point in particular)
- Familiar with current marketing practices and trends
- At least 3-5 of working experience in the related field is required for this position, those with experience in IT-Software industry would be an advantage
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. - Lowest Qualification :
