- - Manage the sales teams in the Northern Region (include Penang, Perak, Kedah)
- Responsible for meeting sales targets
- Monitor and improve sales performance and service quality

- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with similar experience in managing van sales specializing - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in FMCG/Food industry is preferred.
- Able to supervise, motivate and maintain discipline of subordinates.
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills in managing van sales
- Possess own transport.
