Description :: - To handle stripe and printing wheel ordering process
- To enchance the consumable and hardware ordering process
- To handle all the import and re-export shipment including exemption application from custom complete with ATS
- To handle all sub-contract document including statement and application
- To prepare purchase order to approved vendor / supplier.
- To monitor delivery date
- To prepare in / out records on incoming materials
- Document preparation and filling including
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized or equivalent.
