Description :: - Attend and respond to all defects rectification and resolve all building defective works and to provide superior after sales service to customers in order to maintain high level of efficiency, effectiveness, quality control and quality assurance.
- Attend to customers’ feedback professionally in compliance with Eco World’s service standards, offer reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback.
- Monitor, follow up and prepare all necessary documentation, reports and photos for all building defective works and collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion of works to ensure contractors are on schedule.
- Develop the processes of opening and closing all defects list and submit to Manager within time frame given to ensure effective on the progress and error free transition.
Requirements :: - Degree in Property Management, Building Management
- Experienced & good knowledge in strata title law
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
