Description :: - Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors.
- To issue Purchase order (PO) on a timely manner for all types of purchases and ensure accurancy on the PO contents.
- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specification required for the project.
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Term & Conditions.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices and ensure all the criteria are met accordin to the organizational requirements and expectation.
- Responsible for purchasing monthly report.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :: - Candidate must posses at least a diploma in any related field or equivalent certifications.
- Understand or able to read Mechanical/Electrical drawing will be added advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this postion.
- Good communications skills and negotiation skills wth suppliers and internal customers.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Candidates must be able to speak Mandarin as need to liase with Chinese customer.
- Good in calculation.
