- Handles customer orders received through phone, email or sales team
- Ensure orders entries are made accurately in the system for timely delivery
- Be the first-tier support/interface to answer customer enquires
- To build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.
- To keep up to date on new or enhance product knowledge in order to maintain high level of quality service to customers
- Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Requirements :
