Description :: • Co-own key metrics related to Product Pricing & Gross Margin Building
• Preparing regular road maps for the category, focusing on key metrics such as Assortment, Value Proposition & Merchandising
• Brand / Large Retailer/ Distributer on-boarding for seller de-concentration and regional de-concentration where the goal should be the most competitive buyer
• Seller Account management
• Plan and leverage supplier relations to achieve higher Margins
• Reduce Assortment Gaps
• Drive category relationships with the large retailers Vis a vis maximize profit
• Timely replenishment of assortment to avoid sales loss due to Stock out.
• Monthly forecast and stock planning
• Pro-actively resolve queries raised by sales force with proper co-ordination with the concerned teams.
• Catalogue Management - Product categorization, defining refiners, set image and content standards
• Competitor analysis - Price and assortment bench marking with competitors
• Merchandising planning - Prepare calendar plans, manage campaigns and promotions
• Check category conversion - Check response of different merchandising properties and observe customer behavior to maintain/improve category conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing team to ensure visibility for category on various properties.
• Maintain site hygiene to ensure good customer experience and suggest new features for improvement
Requirements :: - At least Diploma/Degree or equivalents
- At least 5 year(s) of sales and marketing experience
- A good knowledge and understanding of company product.
- Able to work independently without any supervision
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal and bargaining skills
- Can be good communicate in English is a must
