Description :: '. Provide the strategic framework for both existing and new business development opportunities. This will includes development of a 3-year Strategic Plan including financial investment forecasts
. Review existing and planned strategies to determine the feasibility of new business opportunities
. Identify, conduct and analyze business, market, regulatory,
competitive and technology research
. Develop new business opportunity concepts from either key trends identified from research sources or from new opportunity ideas generated from other functional departments
. Collaborate with Sales group to develop and conduct customer meetings to validate market feasibility and level of customer interest in new opportunities. Propose and negotiate with customer to close new business opportunity
. Prepare and conduct review sessions for each new opportunity
. Monitor, track and report progress of each new opportunity, incollaboration with project management team, to top management until opportunity is formally transitioned to Marketing
. Develop and collaborate with support team to implement, rollout and make transition plans of the new business opportunities into existing business service delivery infrastructure. These activities include development of business and system requirements, staffing requirements, sales & marketing plans, service level agreements, operations and support plans
. Evaluation, management and minimization of risk factors during the implementation, rollout and transition phase of the new opportunity
. Develops brochures or other print or electronic ads to market

Requirements :: . Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Management or equivalent
. At least 10 years successful sales career with proven sales track records in plastic molding and tooling business
. Dynamic and result-oriented
. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Keep up to date with prevailing market condition of the region and globally
