Description :: -Assists Leasing Manager in planning and implementing tenancy mix, sourcing and prospecting potential tenants according to the leasing plan and budget.
-Conducts market research on shopping malls in order to keep abreast of retails property development in the market.
-Promptly responds to customer’s inquiries and resolve problems in timely manner.
-Developing and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential tenants.
-Provide administration support to Leasing Manager such as prepares weekly or monthly report which related to property leasing matters.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Estate Management or equivalent.
-Minimum one year of working experience in property industry, leasing of retail lots is preferable.
-Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
-Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
-Good knowledge of lease terms, specifications and tenancy policies will be added advantage.
-Good command of English and Chinese
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
