Description :: -To assist Retail Operation Manager handling daily operation management, supervise and ensure all aspects of retail operations are compliance with company’s standard procedures and policies, feedback abnormal situation.
-To submit relevant operational reports and information to Retail Operation Manager, including dealing with various types of documents.
- To carry out inventory management, including ensuring mechanics of promotions, displays and inventory level are properly maintained.
- To drive and motivate retail staff in achieving sales target and profitability
- To dealing with staff issues-involved in manpower arrangement, recruitment, performance appraisal, training, disciplinary issues and nomination
- To handle customer complaints or issues
- To communicate and coordinate with functional departments to ensure smooth execution of workflow
- To assist for new outlet opening and events, set-up and preparation
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements :: - Posses strong communication, interpersonal skills and enjoy working in teams
- Posses own transport and willing to travel within Johor Bahru
- Posses problem solving skills and able to think out of the box
- Willingness to learn and grow with us, hungry for success and driven by passion!!
-Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- 1 year working experience in retail industry
