- - Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches or Exhibitions.
- To assist in controlling, executing and managing marketing events to meet set budget and criteria of Sales & Marketing objectives & plans.
- Preparing Sales & Marketing report, correspondences and minutes of Sales Meeting.
- Propose innovative initiatives (promotional techniques, offers) within the objectives of distribution.
- Attending to Purchasers/Customers enquiries. - Requirements :
- - Possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Property Development/Real Estate Management or Business Studies is preferred.
- Min 1 year experience in Sales field especially in Property Development Industry.
Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Possess leadership quality and team working spirit.
- High proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language with excellent organization and communication skills.
- Experience in promotion field is an added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
