- . To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and requires by the property development system.
. Assist in coordinating and implementing effective marketing programmers and strategies to meet the group’s sales objective.
. Conduct market studies to keep abreast with the market’s latest trend, consumer preferences and pricing benchmark & prepare study report.
. To liaise with advertising agencies to develop the appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Group.
. To liaise with financial institutions and lawyers to develop the required sales packages and documentation in line with the sales objectives of each project.
. To attend to feedbacks/comments from purchasers during sales.
. To ensure that sales data and reports are updated timely. - Requirements :
- · Minimum SPM or higher equivalent professional qualifications.
· Good in communication and with pleasant personality.
· Result oriented, aggressive and dynamic interpersonal skills.
· Able to work on weekends.
· Possess own transport and willing to travel.
· Proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Relevant experience in property sales would be an added advantage.
· Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
