- - Possessing good knowledge about the product that the company sells in order to explain the features of the item
- Responsible and making sure that the store been assigned meets sales targets
- Managing and running promotions, stock levels, analyzing sales figures and forecasting sales figures
- To always ensure that goods are attractively displayed
- Offering answers to all the queries related to the products efficiently and patiently
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Exploring the customer needs regularly and thoroughly and also approaching the customers in order to offer them assistance
- To feedback to the company on customers’ inquiries and comments
- Assist in product development and marketing survey for the market trend
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies & company event activities
- Travelling to on-site inspections and managing events
- To assist in Company event management and analyze sales report to forecast market trend - Requirements :
- - At least Diploma or Degree in sales & marketing or any related field
- Food and nutrition background will be added advantage
- At least 1 – 3 years of related working experience in the related field is required
- Good writing and speaking skill n Malay, English and Mandarin
- Pleasant personality, positive minded people oriented and able to work independently
- Enjoy communication and consulting people
- Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly assess priorities and make adjustments as needed
- On the job training will be provided
