- - To devise and implement effective media content solutions for materials across all formats of medias
- Creation and maintenance of marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, etc) and contents (Website, Facebook, WeChat, Youtube, etc)
- Check and correct all written communications for grammar, sense and literals, style, consistency and spelling
- Search Engine and Social Media Marketing
- To ensure all customers inquiries (written/call/chat) are attended in a fast and professional way
- Liaise with clients and marketing team to develop and produce engaging contents, personalizes to customer segments, for electronic, print and social media platforms when required
- Ensuring content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance
- To maintain confidentiality of information
- Perform any ad hoc duties or additional roles assigned by the management - Requirements :
- - Have experience with direct response and translating marketing and business information into compelling copy
- Knowledge of how to tell a story using words and an understanding of how to create engaging content.
- Self motivated, efficient, multi task and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines within short time constraints
- Able to work effectively independently without close supervision and cooperatively in a team environment
- Good command in SPOKE AND WRITTEN Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
