Description :: - Ensure monthly targets are meet with the planning for the next coming three (3) months forecast.
- Control or maintain the room allocation for group and to follow-up accordingly.
- Control and ensure proper market mix are achive and to maximize the average room rate.
- Ensure all inquiries and guest comments are responded effectively and efficiently at all times.
- Attend meetings as and when it is needed to ensure proper coordination between guests and hotel in order to raise any concerns.
- Ensure that the corporate, government sector and travel agents and guests history is up-to-date at all times.
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism or any equivalent.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experiences.
- Perform tasks with initiative and willingness to take up other tasks as and when it is needed.
- Must be fluent in Engalish and Bahasa Malaysia. Those who can speak Mandarin will be an added advantage though not essential.
