- - Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launches and project launches
- Manage and monitor the cost of promotional activities against budget in order to achieve the planned budget and maximize marketing returns & sales
- Assist and coordinate the preparation of sales & marketing brochures/flyers/sales kit etc
- Liaise with advetising agencies, consultants, Real Estate Agents
- Propose, manage & execute programs for customer satisfication and retention, implement excellent customer service programs
- Attend meetings and carry out marketing presentation
- Follow up on sales leads, negotiation & finalising of sales etc - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Got own transport and willing to work on Weekend / Public Holiday - Lowest Qualification :
