- - To assist in purchase of building related materials.
- Continually sourcing, selecting sufficient and reliable suppliers for present and known future needs.
- Ensure the materials and serviced purchased are right price with the right quantity.
- To ensure the supplier list is up to date.
- To complete the supplier evaluation and prepare summary.
- To execute purchase orders and follow up/expedite delivery of materials.
- Ensure the suppliers deliver the materials based on the required date & delivery schedule.
- Monitoring and improve purchasing system to ensure for accuracy.
- Compile purchasing and project report as required from time to time.
- To provide employee orientation in your Department ensuring that new staffs are being briefed on the Company’s Policy and Quality Objectives.
- To ensure the ISO 9001 QMS systems procedures are -
implemented on the projects
- To source, select and negotiate with suppliers to constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the highest of quality, reliability and service.
- To issue PO, maintaining purchasing record and data bases when necessary. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience, with minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial capacity in Purchasing, - Material & Stock Management in the building construction Industry.
- Strong communications, inter-personal, leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and result-oriented.
- Candidate with ability to converse in Mandarin will have added advantages.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Site.
