To follow up on all quotation which had been duly send to the potential customers.
Focus on development and maintenance of key accounts.
To ensure the completion of the project in compliance of the contract within the schedule time.
To service customers and attend to their request / complaints promptly.
In charge of payment collection.
To negotiate better terms & conditions of the project for the benefit of the Company
Understanding of Drawings, BQ & technical skill required
To prepare reports and analysis setting forth, progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and / or conclusions. - Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in securing project / tender.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
Possess Autocad skill will be an added advantage.
Experience in Mechanical & construction industry / building materials trade is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate at the good interest of the Company.
Must have experience and/or knowledge in review and negotiating contractual terms of the project/tender.
Must be customer oriented and able to work independently.
Prossess own transport.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
Must be independent, a team player, resourceful,result oriented and highly discipline - Lowest Qualification :
