Description :: 1-Assist daily documentation processing of incoming & outgoing activities.
2-Maintaining GRN in system for all incoming transaction.
3-Prepare shipping documents: D/O, invoice, pro-forma invoice, packing list & others.
4-Monthly stock take
5-To monitor stock level at customer site and factory
6-Ensure timely process for inline purchase and daily monitor the delivery status.
7-General customer enquiry, quality complaint, goods return, sample request and etc.
8-Respond to complaints form customers and give after sales support when requested.
9-Any other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM or Diploma
- Computer literate
- Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Full time position
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
