Description :: '-Develop and setting up appropriate channel partners, manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
-Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
-Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advice.
-Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director.
-Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
-Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner.
-Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners.
Requirements :: '-Diploma/Degree in a Business Studies, Commercial Property, Marketing, Investments or equivalent.
-At least 3 years of working experience in real estate industry.
-Experience in handling and managing channel partners. -Strong knowledges and understanding in sales & marketing processes.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
-Strong personal network within the industry.
-Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
-Willing to work on a flexible schedule and travel as required.
-This person is expected to be independent, disciplined, energetic and able to meet tight deadlines.
-Able to travel. At least 70% travel is required for the role
