Description :: • Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager in day-to-day operations and tasks
• Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
• Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
• Assist to plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
• Assist to etablish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns ad initiatibes.
• To coordinate on the handling over possession of properties to the purchaser.
• To carry out an other duties and job functions instructed from time to time by the management.
Requirements :: " Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in a business related field. Fresh graduated are welcome.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self-starter, good teamwork, decisive and pro-active with highly creative mindset.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role r equires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
