Description :: MAIN OBJECTIVES :
- To manage standard parts volume and acquire global pricing to all divisions, sites, contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- Coordinate and implement standard parts supply strategy (e.g. global pricing, brand, logistic) across all divisions, sites, contract manufacturers and suppliers.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To leverage source across divisions and sites to achieve purchase volume for cost down.
- To source and standardize according to application needs to reduce the variety of similar application.
- Work with sourcing team from each site to implement the supply strategy.
- To promote and align the standardize
- Perform global volume analysis including contract manufacturers and suppliers and negotiate the global price with key suppliers quarterly.
o Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs.
Requirements :: '- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA desired.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in standard parts sourcing for automation equipment.
- Skills/Technical Requirements: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, & Word. Strong negotiation and analytical skills required. Must be capable of converting data into information that can be utilized to make key decisions. Ability to work collaboratively as a cross-functional team member.
