Description :: '-Liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers for SPA, loan documentation, approval billing and all other property sales related matters.
-Responsible to generate progress billing, invoices and reminders to ensure all collection are collected promptly.
-Attend and provide guidance to purchasers on end financing requirement.
-Responsible to maintain the property management system; ensure all sales information are updating accurately in system and always up to date.
-Prepare collection reports and forecast collections report.
-Attend customer complaints, investigate problems, prepare reports and make recommendation to the Management.
-Assist in sales and marketing activities.
Requirements :: '-Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
-At least 2 years of working experience in similar field.
-Pleasant personality, good command in English and Mandarin.
-Experience in using property Management system is an added advantage.
-Familiar in Microsoft Excel and Word.
