Description :: • Responsible to conduct, monitor and coordinate market research and property purchases behavior to keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market sales price.
• Coordinating and implementing of marketing strategies to promote company properties and services, with key objective of delivering efficient and cost effective campaigns to achieve sales target and business objectives.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, event, press conference, etc
• Responsible to liaise with the advertising agencies, media agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional and media schedules needed.
• Develop comprehensive network of vendors’ contract and work closely with cost efficient vendors.
• Prepare marketing budget report and closely monitor marketing budget to ensure no overspend of marketing fund.
• Timely submission of marketing budget and monitoring of advertising & promotional expenditure.
Requirements :: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of working experience in property developer industry
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Good knowledge of lease terms, specifications and tenancy policies will be added advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Willing to travel
