Description :: • Establish branding strategies and direction and enforce the identity of Company's brands.
• Well versed in marketing strategies and plan, pricing strategy, marketing, research, product development, branding management and customer relationship management.
• Establish and implement business/sales budget, plan and strategies to ensure profitability and growth of business to meet overall Group's sales objective.
• Responsible for sales activities, events and related sales and marketing administration work.
• Liaise with government authorities, lawyers, media and bankers.
• Build online marketing capabilities.
Requirements :: • Bachelors' Degree in Marketing/Business/Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in sales and marketing of property development industry.
• Experience in township property development is an added advantage.
• Analytical/innovative thinking.
• Goal and result oriented, performance driven, independent, self motivated and good people management.
• Good leadership, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and Familiar with property market environment.
• Strong networking in property industry.
• Familiar with Housing & Development Act and Strata Title Act.
