Description :: '-Invoice in overall planning, organizing and implementing commercial leasing activities.
-Source for new tenants and attend to leasing enquiries.
-Responsible to monitor and arrange duties for leasing team, carry out daily management tasks and lead the entire leasing team to meet tenancy target.
-Formulate leasing strategies and develop leasing plans, finalize the best leasing plan.
-Develop leasing management system and customer-service system to provide excellent services to tenents/customers.
- Regularly organise and conduct in-house training for leasing team to improve their skills such as customer service, speaking, negotiating, problem solving and etc.
- Timely resolve problem that encountered by staff. Provide support to the entire leasing team as need arises.
- Assist staff in handling tenant/customer's disagreement/ conflict and close new lease transactions.
- Responsible to manage and maintenance tenants' records and documentations.
- Complete any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements :: - Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, business Studies or equivalent.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in property development/related industries is required for this position
- Familiar with leasing process, good leasing skills and good knowledge in business expansion.
-Good communication and negotiation skills, and have strong bargaining power.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Sensitive with market dynamics and news.
- Have existing of personal leasing resources list/contacts would be added advantage.
