Responsible for managing the relationship between the company and the designated key Accounts to
achive the set sales targets to meet company objectives.
Deal with chain store or supermarket / hypermarket groups and food services / HORECA
Focusing on growing and developing existing key account, together with generating new business
Conduct market research and compile information on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor
activities, etc . Perform basic analysis for decision making purpose.
Compile marketing information / updates and market reserach data/ analysis as inputs to
management report preparation
Understanding your department 's action plans and supporting the goals and target set by manager
Payment collection , manage outstanding payment avoid over due and follow customer return note /
discount etc.
Provide techinical and professional advice to customers in the form of new product promotion and
eduction , product usage demo, problem troble shooting and etc
Requirements :: At least 3 years of key accounts management experience in FMCG industry preferably in food
industry
Prossessed Diploma or Degreed qualification
Strong initiation, selfmotivated & possess problem solving skills.
Confident about approaching and talking to people in a polite and friendly manner.
Have an interest in food , cooking and eating
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
