Description :: -Support country sales manager to make profit and control optimal cost
- Maintain and update SOP in Demand & CS functions
- Sales forecast by coordinating with sales people
- Inventory management by making the balance between demand and supply
- Manage order processing with manufacturing sites in overseas and closer monitoring with the delivery of goods with speed
- Manage incoming goods(import and customs clearance) and forwarders agents
- Make balance of demand and supply
- Manage Customer Service and Logistics
- Measure month KPIs (Forecast accuracy, OTIF, DIO, SLOB, lead time and Freight cost)
- Train, coach and develop team member
Requirements :: '- Bachelor degree in related field
- At least 5 year experiences in supply chain function (at least 2 years import/export experience)
- Strong in spoken, written English, and sound computer system and analytical skills
- Good in spoken, written Chinese
