Description :: - To perform daily administrative works to support the marketing team.
- Liaise with customers to provide update order status.
- Manage and assist in the preparation and filing of all quotations, weekly/monthly/yearly sales report.
- Receiving of customer Purchase Order.
- Issue work order for customer Purchase Order or Marketing Forecast.
- Issue sample development request form .
- Assist in maintaining and updating customers and market and product database.
- Day-to-day running of the Business Coordinate Department.
Requirements :: -At least Diploma in any field
- Must be fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related to customer service
- Have working experience in injection / polymer Company
