Description :
Able to work with minimum supervision and independent;
Responsible in negotiation pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure best value obtainers for the company;
Prepare and process purchase orders and all related documents according to the order request;
To liaise and follow up on goods delivery/import shipment schedule with local and overseas Vendors/Suppliers for products/goods
purchase and ensure that materials ordered are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
Matching Delivery Order & Invoice with Purchase Order ;
To verify, check and confirm correct for all Purchasing Invoices together with shipping documents and submit to Accounts Department
for processing payment without delay ;
To liaise closely with Sales & Marketing Department for purchase planning, review inventory on hand and anticipate needs for all
products from a particular Vendor/ Supplier ;
To perform any other adhoc Purchasing Operations assignments / duties and when directed by Superior/ Management ;
Guidance will be provided by Senior Superior with many years experience.
 
Requirements :
Due to nature of work, Chinese speaking candidates are preferred for this position ;
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field;
At least 2 year(s) of working experience;
Required language (s) : Chinese /Mandarin, English;
On­the­job training will be provided;
Disciplined, matured, proactive with sense of urgency;
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Shipping;
2 Full­Time position(s) available.
