Description :: - Establish strong sales operating structure, process and procedures to ensure disciplined market coverage and service levels.
- Develop and effective forecast of the consumers needs
Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and other department to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies
- To develop, formulate, coordinate and implement marketing promotion and communication plans, in line with the overall marketing plan.

- In –depth knowledge in dealing with Ministry of Housing and the application of Developer License
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Degree or diploma in Marketing /Business Studies/real Estate Management /Property Management or Equivalent
- At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in property industry is require for this position.
- Hands on experience in sales of commercial properties.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin.
- Possess excellent leadership quality.
