Description :: Accomplish information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with departments’ user and data center
Evaluate user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs
Ensure the smooth running of all ICT systems, including antivirus software, print services and email provision
Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
Assist with upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/PreU, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.
