Description :: '-This position reports to the Country Sales Manager, Malaysia & Singapore. As Specification Sales Executive, they need to be highly enthusiastic and possess proactive selling skills to implement Segment Architectural strategies, in order to grow market share and support to achieve country budget.
- Meeting the targeted specified projects in the Architectural market.
- Conduct targeted number of presentations to architects, consultants, developers, aluminium fabricators and Government agencies.
- Implement the regional marketing tool (brochures, colour cards, panels, eDM and collaterals).
- Close coordination with Dulux and International Paint Specification Teams, in terms of colour scheme and joint presentation.
- Close coordination with respective sales personnel’s with projects follow-ups.
- Market intelligence: Does market research to understand market trends & to frame strategies for market share growth.
- Promotion of value added and premium coating technologies.
- Providing strategic information of architectural products and advise on market trends
Requirements :: '- Degree holder in sales / marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Specifications Sales
- Connected to the architectural or construction industry
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
