Description :: - Develop purchasing plan and monitor its execution to meet delivery and inventory requirements.
- Manage purchasing resources for high efficiency and good coordination in achieving on time supply and target inventory levels.
- Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers, suppliers conditions.
- Ensure all purchases are approved within mandated guidelines.
- Manage the cost of total purchase including freight and forwarding charges.
- Develop vendors to ensure vendor delivery, quality and costs meet requirements.
- Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting purchasing performance.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field of studies.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
Independent and proactive personality and able to meet deadlines.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory Management in the retail industry.
- Fresh Graduates or students after SPM are welcome to apply for junior positions.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
